Eternal Tours shall not be held responsible for visa rejection, delays, or changes in visa regulations.

Airfare & Flight Schedules: Flight schedules are subject to change by the respective airline.

Eternal Tours is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or schedule changes made by airlines.

Any additional costs arising from such changes shall be borne by the passenger.

Hotel Accommodation: Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by the respective hotel policies.

In the event of unavailability, similar-category accommodation may be provided.

Room allocation is subject to hotel management policies.

Transportation Services: Airport transfers and intercity transportation will be provided as per the package itinerary.

Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or operational issues shall not be the responsibility of Eternal Tours.

Any service not listed under the inclusions shall be considered excluded and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellation charges shall apply as per the company's Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable visa, airline, hotel, and administrative charges.

Date Change & Rescheduling: Travel date changes are subject to availability and applicable supplier charges.

Any fare difference, hotel rate difference, or rescheduling fee shall be borne by the passenger.

Travel insurance is not included unless specifically mentioned in the package details.

Passengers are encouraged to obtain adequate travel insurance coverage.

Health & Travel Regulations: Passengers must comply with all travel, health, vaccination, and entry requirements imposed by the authorities of Saudi Arabia.

Eternal Tours acts only as an intermediary between passengers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and visa authorities.

The company shall not be liable for losses, injuries, delays, damages, or additional expenses caused by third parties or circumstances beyond its control.

Customer responsibility: Passengers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their personal information and travel documents.

Acceptance of terms by making a booking with eternal Tours, the passenger acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms & conditions.

Booking Confirmation: Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and submission of necessary documents.

Passengers must possess a valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months. Visa approval is subject to the regulations and approval of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The balance payment must be cleared before departure. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

Flight schedules, hotel accommodations, and transportation arrangements are subject to availability and may be changed due to operational requirements.

Cancellation and refund requests will be processed according to the company's Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable supplier charges.

The company acts only as an intermediary between passengers and service providers and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or circumstances beyond its control.

The company reserves the right to modify travel schedules due to government regulations, airline changes, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Booking Cancellation By The Customer All Cancellation Requests Must Be Submitted In Writing Via Email Or WhatsApp From The Registered Contact Details Provided At The Time Of Booking.

Cancellation Charges More Than 30 Days Before Departure: Booking Amount Or Actual Expenses Incurred, Whichever Is Higher.

15 To 30 Days Before Departure: 50% Of The Total Package Cost & 7 To 14 Days Before Departure: 75% Of The Total Package Cost.

Less Than 7 Days Before Departure: 100% Of The Total Package Cost (No Refund).

Round-Trip Direct Flights Are Available As An Optional Add-On.

The Package Price Includes The 5% Government Service Tax.
